Return Policy:
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipping date. Shipping and handling charges are not re-fundable. All returns must be accompanied with the original packing slip, please indicate the reason for the return. Oasis Trading Company processes refunds to the credit card used at the time of the purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Chocolate Items:
Chocolate items will not be shipped between May 1st and October 31st (weather permitting).
Oasis Trading Company reserves the right of substitution. If an item is unavailable, we will substitute it with another item of equal or greater value.
California sales tax will be applied to all non food items.
